Absolutely! We offer a two-week unlimited, single session rates and class packs so you can explore the studio before diving into a membership.
Just bring yourself, grip socks for Reformer classes (required), a mat for mat classes (required), a mat towel/personal sweat towel if desired, and water! We provide all the equipment and props you’ll need, including a sweat towel for heated classes. Don’t have grip socks or a mat? No worries - we sell and/or rent them at the front desk.
Please wear fitted attire so that our instructors can effectively see and correct form/alignment during the course of a class.
Please park in the lot in front of our suite at 600 S Riverfront Drive, Ste 100 or in a space on the side of the building. Please respect the tenants in neighboring suites and do not park in front of their doors between the hours of 8am-4:30pm.

Thank you in advance for your understanding.
EXISTING CLIENTS: We understand that life happens. You will have 5 minutes to join after the start of class.

Our mat room is heated to 95°F - 105°F using infrared heaters to enhance flexibility, increase circulation, and boost detoxification. It’s movement with a glow-up.
